Basic Waltz Steps Are Easy To Learn!

Very often when people think ballroom they think Waltz. And not without reason, for it is the social dance par excellence.

If you learn only one ballroom dance I would suggest you learn this one, even if only the most basic steps. You never know when it will come in useful, and over time it will always come in useful.

The Waltz is played all over the place and in every place. The ball or the disco, the bar or the living room - it is a dance you can squeeze into a surprisingly small space, or enjoy spreading all over a larger place.

The Waltz is such a romantic dance. You can hold your partner close - and I (who thinks a close dance posture is always best!) like to hold my partner even closer for the Waltz.

In fact, I like to end the Waltz by kissing my partner - she likes that bit too!

The Waltz is such an enjoyable dance! So please learn it, and dance it. Your only regret will be if you don’t.
